PRICING:

$500.00 includes a group of 2 people minimum to 10 people maximum. 

• Your group will be the only Investigative group with access to the building.

SCHEDULED INVESTIGATION TIMES/SESSION HOURS:

• 1 Ticket purchase = 5 Hour Session (with a max of 10 people.)

INVESTIGATION TIMES:

• 8:00PM* - 1:00AM

:: *Guests must arrive at 7:30 pm for Check-In, form signing, and a quick property walk through.

• 7:30 pm | Arrival time (no earlier, no exception!)
• 7:30 pm - 7:45 pm | Check-in, Fill Forms, then bring in gear.
• 7:45 pm - 7:00 pm | Quick walk through of the building, (where you can go.)
• 7:00 pm - 1:00 am | Your Investigation
• 1:00 am - 1:15 am | Pack up gear & leave.

ABOUT:

Existing structures built on the property dating back from the early 1800s, the Western Block Complex holds mystery and intrigue. Accidental Deaths, Murder, Mayhem, and Mischievousness…. What will you uncover?

Long regarded as highly haunted, go on a private paranormal investigation and into the depths of the Western Block's purported active locations, including those not available to the general public, in an effort to connect with spirits who may still call the complex their home.

Reported paranormal hotspots include a selection from the following: Stone Room, Speakeasy, Woodwork's Gallery, the Grounds, the Safe/s, Isles, Galleries, the Tunnel, and Machine Shops.**

Take your group on an exciting evening of paranormal discovery.

**Please note: Due to the historic nature of the complex we are unable to guarantee access to any specific room or location during the sessions, Also not all areas are easily accessible by guests with mobility issues. This complex includes multiple flights of stairs, spaced out over different areas of the complex.

IMPORTANT DET'S:

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, all participants must consent to and sign a liability waiver and rules agreement to be allowed to participate in the session. Participants must be 18+ with government issued photo ID. 15+ with government or school issued photo ID AND a legal guardian. ART247 dba ParaNiagara, reserves the right to refuse service and/or remove individuals from the private property if they are being DISRUPTIVE, are HIGHLY intoxicated, and/or suspected to be under the influence of ILLEGAL drugs. The Property & Grounds are a smoke free / vape free environment. No refunds, all ticket sales are final.

This complex has possible tripping hazards, uneven ground, and multiple flights of stairs when traversing between areas, and such grading changes may not be readily visible in the darker environments commonly used for ghost hunting. By registering you are agreeing you are able-bodied and capable of traversing these types of environments and you assume all risks (and hold ART247/ParaNiagara harmless,) for these potential hazards during your use of the property.
