7:30 pm | Arrival time (no earlier, no exception!)
7:30 pm - 7:45 pm | Check-in, Fill Forms, then bring in gear.
7:45 pm - 7:00 pm | Quick walk through of the building, (where you can go.)
7:00 pm - 1:00 am | Your Investigation
1:00 am - 1:15 am | Pack up gear & leave.

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, all participants must consent to and sign a liability waiver and rules agreement to be allowed to participate in the session. Participants must be 18+ with government issued photo ID. 15+ with government or school issued photo ID AND a legal guardian. ART247 dba ParaNiagara, reserves the right to refuse service and/or remove individuals from the private property if they are being disruptive, are highly intoxicated, and/or suspected to be under the influence of drugs. The Property & Grounds are a smoke free / vape free environment. No refunds, all ticket sales are final.
This complex has possible tripping hazards, uneven ground, and multiple flights of stairs when traversing between areas, and such grading changes may not be readily visible in the darker environments commonly used for ghost hunting. By registering you are agreeing you are able-bodied and capable of traversing these types of environments and you assume all risks (and hold ART247/ParaNiagara harmless,) for these potential hazards during your use of the property.
