- Please note, not all areas are easily accessible by guests with mobility issues or concerns. This tour includes multiple flights of stairs, spaced out over different periods of the tour and areas of the complex. There is no elevator on-site. Please call us BEFORE purchasing tickets regarding accessibility concerns, and to see what kinds of accommodations can be made. ABOUT THE GHOST HUNT:
Join Paranormal Investigators Frank, Heather, & Jon of the Historic Western Block Complex - now an Arts & Cultural Center... but Long regarded as highly haunted - for an afternoon of family fun!
The Western Block Complex holds mystery and intrigue, with existing structures built on the property dating back to the early 1800s,. Learn of the Complex's History, of Accidents, Mayhem, and Mischievousness…. What will you uncover?
In this 2 hour (PG-Rated) session join us for Ghost Hunting 101 where you'll discover the basics of Ghost Hunting, and learn hands on about the different tools used by the Pros! Then join expereinced Investigators Frank, Heather & Jon as they lead new Junior Investigators and the curious, through the Western Block's active locations, in an effort to connect with spirits who may still call the complex their home....... all in a daylight family-friendly setting!
Employ handheld monitoring equipment, review captured evidence, and participate in group Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP) recording sessions and experimentation that place you directly in an investigation environment.
It's an exciting afternoon of historic tales and paranormal discovery........ for the whole family!

TECHNICAL THINGS:
Check-in at the Gift Shop || Guests must please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before their ticket start time, and no later than 15 minutes before their ticket start time.
No children will be allowed to be left unattended. A Legal Adult Guardian MUST be present and accompany their children at all times.
No Adult/s will be allowed to be left unattended. Adult/s MUST be chaperoned by a child/children at all times. ;)
No outside food. No outside drinks.
The Western Block Complex is an Active Arts & Cultural Center during the day with numerous priceless artworks on display.

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, all participants must consent to and sign a liability waiver and rules agreement to be allowed to participate in the tour. Adult Participants must be 18+ with government issued photo ID. Children Participants must be age 7 - 13, WITH a legal guardian. NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED.
